This retreat will be hosted at Azul Hotel & Retreat, a hidden treasure amidst the lush vegetation and stunning coastline of Guanacaste. Immerse yourself in a peaceful escape, far from the hustle and bustle, where an idyllic beach, with soft blue hues, is the ideal place for relaxation, reflection and connection with the nature that surrounds it.

Payment Overview
Accessibility is a top priority for Rooted Renewal retreats. If you would like to book your spot to Rooted Renewal - Costa Rica, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. Upon payment of your deposit, the remainder owed will be split into two payments. Full payment is required by October 1, 2025.
Total Cost: $2,200 - $2,700 (pricing depends on your specific room selection)

200-HR RYTKeirst is the founder of Afternoon Yoga. She has completed two 200-hour RYT trainings, with an additional 20 hours in Katonah yoga.
Her practice incorporates elements from Ashtanga and Katonah, with a focus on individual empowerment, nervous system regulation and alignment. Keirst is based in Tucson, Arizona.

Ticket pricing depends on the specific accommodation that you select. For Costa Rica, prices range from $2,200 - $2,700. The difference is ocean view versus garden view.
All tickets require a non-refundable deposit of $500 to reserve your spot. Remaining amount due is then split into two payments.
Full payment is required no later than October 1, 2025.

Airfare is not included in your ticket price. You are responsible for booking your own travel to and from Costa Rica.
Airport transportation is included if you fly into Liberia Guanacaste Airport (LIR). This is the closest airport to Azul Hotel & Retreat.
Included transportation will depart from LIR to the resort on November 4th at 1:00 PM and depart from the resort to LIR on November 8th at 12:00 PM.Additional transportation can be arranged at the expense of the attendee if necessary.

Your ticket cost covers the following:
Accommodations November 4, 5, 6, 7 with checkout on the 8th.
3 meals per day excluding arrival and departure days
Yoga twice per day
Guided meditation each morning
1-2 yoga philosophy / educational workshops
Guided cold plunges
Private beach & pool access

To take advantage of included transportation, please arrive before 1:00 PM on November 4th.
You may extend your stay at your own expense, and we will assist with adding any additional days to your reservation. -
Costa Rica is pretty simple to visit. You will need the following items:
A valid passport
Dates of stay
Location of stay
Proof of your flight home

The water is safe to drink in Nosara where we will be staying. Azul also provides filtered and bottled water for those who prefer it.

Costa Rica in general is a very safe place to visit. The Pura Vida lifestyle is very apparent and most locals are friendly to visitors. However, just like with traveling anywhere, we always advise you to do your research, be smart and you should have no issues.

English is very common in Costa Rica. We have visited Azul personally and the entire staff speaks both Spanish and English. That being said, it could never hurt to know a bit of Spanish to enhance your Costa Rica experience :)

Tickets are nonrefundable. Absolutely no exceptions. While we offer payment plans as a form of accessibility to retreats, you are responsible for the full amount of your ticket reserved at the time of booking.
