What your weekend will look like

We intentionally plan the agenda for each retreat we host based on factors like location, time of year, group size and more. We typically share a finalized agenda no later than 2-3 weeks prior to a retreat. Here’s some of the things you may expect each day.

  • Arrival time is typically around 4pm. We like to let folks ease into their retreat experience by unpacking, meeting others and settling in for the weekend.

    Welcome dinner starting around 6pm.

Opening ceremony and restorative yin starting around 7:30pm

  • Morning meditation at 7am followed by a power Vinyasa yoga class to start the day.

Breakfast around 9am followed by guided community cold plunges. We highly encourage everyone to participate here.

Lunch is usually around 12-1pm each day based on other activities.

Sacred silence in the early afternoon allows everyone some downtime to spend however they’d like. We strongly encourage no screens during this time.

A crafting workshop is also potentially on the schedule for late afternoon before dinner.

    Community dinner around 6pm.

    Restorative yin yoga around 7:30pm
