Just a gal who found this practice at a time really needed it. Being as authentic as I can be in hopes I inspire others to do the same.

I’ve dedicated myself to a consistent yoga practice since 2015 and decided to enroll in a 200HR YTT program.

I now teach both in person and online to students all over the world. Today I strive to always remain a student by taking continuing education courses.

Keirst Ferguson

I have completed two 200-hour RYT trainings, with an additional 20 hours in Katonah yoga.

My practice incorporates elements from Ashtanga and Katonah, with a focus on individual empowerment, nervous system regulation and alignment.

I teach an intuitive style yoga practice where I encourage my students to place emphasis on their own energy level, bodily cues, and general mood.

Since being established in 2023, we’ve hosted 8 retreats around the US and Central America. The best part? We’re just getting started and actively planning our 2026 schedule. Every retreat we host has it’s own unique experience based on location, time of year, group size and other factors.
