What Are You Calling In This Year?
psst.. there’s still time.
As we step into a new year, we believe in the power of setting intentions, even if it’s just one. There’s something deeply purposeful about choosing how you want to show up and letting that choice guide you forward.
Winter, by its very nature, asks us to journey inward. The seasonal shift creates invitations for us by bringing quietness, stillness, and clarity. Reflection becomes a little more easy.
We pause. We listen. We soften.
But winter isn’t about disappearing. This is the time to tend the soil.
Now is when we outline the garden. Decide what we want to plant. Begin planning. Maybe even drop a seed or two into the ground.
What you choose now becomes the foundation for the version of you who ends 2026.
Who are they?
What do they feel connected to?
Where do they spend their time, energy, and attention?
When designing a sustainable wellness practice that lasts, it isn’t about doing more or demanding more from yourself. It’s about making a gentle but powerful decision: to show up for yourself consistently and intentionally.
With that in mind, we sat down together and asked ourselves a simple question: What holistic wellness practices actually support reflection, connection, and longevity? Yeah, we went there.
Here are three that feel both impactful and sustainable. They’re practices we hope you’ll connect with, choose one of, and carry with you.
1. Morning Meditation
This is your invitation to romanticize your life by starting with your morning.
Commit to beginning your day with just a few intentional breaths. Create a small ritual. Set up a space that feels calming. Allow yourself to gently drop in before the outside world rushes toward you. However it looks, wherever you’re doing it, just be intentional. <3
Ask yourself:
“What do I want to feel today?”
Set a soft intention before emails, notifications, conversations, and expectations arrive. Even a few minutes can shift the tone of your entire day. Trust us, we know. This is why we start every morning of our retreats with meditation. It truly reminds you that you, yourself, and your breath are enough. Something that will always be there for you especially during times of chaos.
Most of our attendees develop a meditation practice post retreat, and it’s so cool to witness! If you’re interested in meditating with community, join one of our free challenges.
2. Intentional Movement
Intentional movement doesn’t need to look like a 60-minute class or a rigid routine. That’s kind of a crazy expectation to set for yourself everyday.
Instead, try committing to 5–10 minutes of mindful movement each day and at any point. When you release the pressure around what kind of movement it has to be, it becomes much easier to access. Think things like..
A forward fold between meetings
A few squats after lunch
A dance break in your kitchen while dinner cooks (our fav)
If you’re moving your body with awareness, it counts.
Want someone to move with, check out our virtual offerings. Classes range anywhere from 10-75 minutes!
3. Wind Down With Purpose
Let’s be honest, endless scrolling before bed doesn’t serve any of us. We even feel personally attacked by this statement. ;)
This year, consider committing to a 20-minute bedtime ritual. Visualize that you’re caring for the four-year-old version of yourself. What would they need to feel safe, calm, and ready for rest?
Choose a bedtime. Treat it as sacred.
When you approach rest with intention, sleep begins to transform.
